yearly total

I would sincerely like to see the YEARLY total displayed somewhere… please!

At the bottom of the “details sidebar” just below the Notes box (on the right) is an •empty• gray area which would be perfect to display that 12-month tally (along with the relevant year).

E.g.,
2014
$12,345

Also, in order to see even more months in the Expenses table, it would nice if we were able to adjust the width of the Categories column. It’s too wide (on my 13” rMBP).
